SMS Terms & Consent

Stupid Good sends and receives text messages so you can reach our AI dining concierge, request venue directions, and securely sign in. Here is exactly what to expect and how to opt out.

What messages you'll receive

• Concierge replies (Customer Care): when you ask us a dining question by text or request a text from the signed-in Concierge, we may send restaurant recommendations, venue contact and map links, saved or curated lists, and itineraries.
• Directions you request: when you tap “Text me directions” on a venue page, we send one text with that venue's map and directions link to your verified account phone number. This does not subscribe you to marketing or account updates.
• Account & verification (2FA): one-time passcodes for passwordless phone sign-in to your Stupid Good account.
• Optional account updates: welcome messages, membership changes, receipts, cancellations, and payment reminders when you separately subscribe by texting UPDATES. These are not marketing messages. Sign-in codes alone do not subscribe you.
• Optional marketing: restaurant finds, product drops, special offers, and other Stupid Good news when you separately choose to receive promotional texts.

How you opt in (consent)

• To receive recurring automated account and billing messages from Stupid Good, text UPDATES to +1 (888) 997-5905 from the verified mobile number on your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not required to create an account or make a purchase. This is a separate account-updates number, not our Concierge or sign-in number. This program is not yet active; enrollment and account messages begin only after carrier approval and activation. By texting UPDATES, you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
• By texting our number +1 (888) 457-7505 you consent to receive SMS replies from Stupid Good for that request.
• By entering your phone number at sign-in and tapping “Send code” you consent to receive a one-time verification code by SMS.
• By tapping “Text me directions” on a venue page, you request and consent to one directions text at the verified phone number on your account.
• By checking “Text me the good stuff” during signup, after verifying your phone number, you give Stupid Good your express written consent to send recurring automated marketing texts to the verified phone number on your account. Consent is not required to create an account or make a purchase.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your requests, including one text per directions request, sign-ins, and—if you opt in—occasional marketing campaigns. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out & help

On our Concierge and sign-in number, +1 (888) 457-7505, reply STOP to stop messages; reply START to resume; reply HELP for assistance. START does not subscribe you to the separate account-updates program.

On our account-updates number, +1 (888) 997-5905, reply STOP to cancel account updates or HELP for assistance. This does not enroll you in or change consent for Concierge messages or sign-in codes. After STOP, you may first need to text START to remove the carrier's block on this number. START alone does not restore your account-updates subscription; when the program is active, text UPDATES again to opt in. Any existing broader SMS opt-out remains honored.
