Your role + details
Owner, manager or staff. We fill in your name, email and phone from your account.
We verify
Every first claim is verified, including links our team sends. We call the venue’s listed number; a venue-domain email can support the claim. New places are reviewed first.
Questions
Do I need a separate business account?
No. You claim with your normal Stupid Good login. Business is a mode you switch into from your avatar or profile.
I run more than one place.
Claim each one from the same login. You get one dashboard with a venue switcher and an All venues view.
Someone already claimed my venue.
Send a request to join. The current owner approves it, or our team steps in if the owner has left.
I run a pop-up or a food truck.
Add it. A pop-up gets a real address and run dates. A food truck posts a schedule of stops. Both get a map pin while open.
Can my staff help?
Yes. Invite managers and staff to one venue or all of them. They use their own logins.
